Thanks for the invite, Can you make it a guaranteed project????

I am not sure I understand the definition of guaranteed project. When I read the description posted here, it seemed as though I would be limiting my choices of design and would also be tied to making the commitment that I would promise to actually use one of the designs posted. I am concerned that if I don't really care for a design I might be limited. If that is not correct, please educate me!
