Brochure Design Brief

To give you a bit of background I am essentially starting a Cash For Gold website and need an attractive, modern and stylish (not cheesy) booklet to be sent to my customers explaining the process and merits of my service. It only needs to be a few pages I have attached a competitors booklet to give you an idea of the sort of thing i’m looking for. I would also like a design for 2 envelope stickers like the attached with a form on and brief instructions. I’ve written the content but really need some help with potential layouts, colour schemes and design.

Booklet size is A5 210mm * 148mm to fit inside an envelope sized C5 229mm * 162mm. The booklet needs to 4 pages like the example i sent you (Cover plus 2 info pages and back). Regarding the 2 stickers, these need to fit comfortably onto a smaller padded envelope like in the example attached previously and the dimensions below.
