Reason: Dear Designers - some of the designs submitted are really very good - and I am going to give feedback to every one - but I just can't get to that until the next few days. Thank you sincerely and...stand by. None are quite what I'm looking for...yet - but some have possibilities, and I'm going to be commenting on that as soon as I can. Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Dear Designers - I very much appreciate all the efforts all have made here - can't truthfully say I'm finding that one mix of attributes in a submission that's exactly what I want, but that may be partly my fault in that I've so busy I've neglected providing the sort of feedback that might better shape one of the many fine efforts into...the one. However, I'm thinking that if I don't get the Sallie Mae I want, I might just take one of the ones I really - and create a new character to go with it - so thanks for that creation opportunity too - we're going to get to some useful result here - many many thanks for your work and patience - Shenandoah Slim for IZrecords

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Dear Designers...First, thank you to all again for all your fine work on this crowd-sourced quest for an what I call a character iconogram for this comic book character, Sallie Mae. I've gone ahead and made this a - "non-refundable" project I believe is the term - and I've also extended the deadline...in case there's that Sallie Mae I'm looking for out there somewhere... So far though, notwithstanding the fine overall quality of the efforts, there's been no submission that really sings to me as an interpretation of this character (though there is one submission that does "sing" to me - but it would only be usable for a completely different character....). But I guess that may be the unpredictable serendipity of these collaborative endeavors.... Anyway, thank you for your patience with me - and let's see where we wind up - many many thanks again - Shenendoah Slim for IZrecords

Dear Designers - Thank you so much again for your participation in this project - some great designs there (though their usability for what exactly I'm aiming for here is still making me think over and think over) but we'll getting close to closure - and I just wanted to thank you again as your participation...has been better than mine as I've been busier with other stuff than I thought I would be these weeks.  In coming weeks, we'll probably launch another project here, and I hope you'll be watching for it. Dear - Great - Designers - First thank you very much for all - all - your submissions - especially today with so many and so much out there in the world of design or music or anythig structured by the internet  - the the satisfaction comes from getting out there on the field and being in the game...along with the million of others...some of the designs for Sallie Mae were very close, but none of them really enraptured me - so I'm going to go with a design that did enrapture me, but that I'm not going to use for Sallie Mae but I'm going to invent another character for it.  I'm very satisfied with this result - though it's not at all what I expected - and probably not what you expected either, but I guess that's just the wonderful kookiness that happns when you open the door to online colllaboration with strangers...  It's been a great experience working with all of you. Thank You - and stay tuned - I'm going to be putting the Sallie Mae project back out there.. in coming months as right now...just got a lot going one etc.  Thank you again and all the best to you in all your art-making advetnrues - Shenandoah Slim for IZrecords
