Graphic Design Brief

We need a new Design for the front of our stall that would look authentic, colourful and practical as we have to transport, set up and put down in few hours.
We are based in Brisbane and our business are call The Brazil Grill.
We sell Brazilian traditional BBQ and vegetarians options at markets, festivals and privet functions. We are new to this business and at the moment we are using our own design as presented on the image below.
We would like to see designs that would be eye catching with high contrast for easy recognition of the product with a menu with images of the product.
