A JPG will lose the transparency. I could post a PNG file. Would that work?

Sad, scared, being chased, worried, stressed, weary, misery, panic, fear, nervous... suspicious, wary, upset -- looking for negative human emotions to show her plight as a homeless girl.

Just need you to take the image I uploaded, keep the same dimensions and resolution (300 DPI) and create 5 versions of her "head-shot". Take the one I uploaded and make changes to her messy red hair, her facial expression, and the dirt / makeup on her face. She is part of a larger image and will be placed as a blended layer in the larger image, putting her on a stock background images to create the final product. I need her "pose" or "head-shot" to look different in all 5 versions you send. Each one showing a different negative emotion (sad, scared, worried, etc... ) she is a homeless girl who's trying to stay alive while dealing with the issues associated with being a young street girl. She cant look happy. She cant look clean. She's in trouble and the images you send need to show this. I need different looks for her - 5 of them - so I can mix and match them with different backgrounds to show different emotions. I've seen the Photoshop tutorials and understand there are tools for changing hair, facial expressions, etc that should make this a snap for an Photoshop expert. However, I'm a novice Photoshop user and I'm looking for someone to handle this part of the project by sending back 5 images with transparency around her that I can use them as a drop-in layer with the various backgrounds that I've chosen. The previous designer working on this project quit in the middle, leaving me with only one version of this girl and I need more versions of her in order to complete this project. Let me know if you still have questions.

I have a question: beside hair ,facial expression and makeup you want us to change her head pose?! and the girl should look the same in all photos,I dont have any problems with hair and make up or facial expression thought this one is a bit harder to do and need sometime but changing head pose and only using this photo isnt possible.
