Can you please let me know what text elements you would like to include in your advertisement...?? usually the following text is included:

1. The Name of the Company/Project
2. Some information about the company

2) Consumers should be drawn to the ad based on its visual design not a text call out
3). Address info - yes
4). Logo - yes and it was attached to the original listing
