I like your proposal and in mean time I suggest some modification:
1- The main logo is attach in the vectorial format (is blue and grey without polka)
2- May be too many gears (I like the windows with the filler and the colors of the rest)
3- I don't like so much the font of engineering
4- The lay out of integrated line I attached to put in high resolution
5 - I don't like so much the "tend for sun" below the dog lay out
