Signage Design Brief

I'm looking to have a sign designed, the sign is 48"X48" and will be in front of our homes during the renovation. The sign is designed to attract buyers and sellers. I would like to keep the skyline on the top of the sign unless you feel otherwise. As for the wording I want Renovating a city near you, Looking to buy or sell your home give us a call 708-995-7367, I would like to have the Facebook image and website address.
