Hello, this brochure is a 2 pages in total and double sided? Which then counts to being 4 pages (without cover page and back page). And with cover page and back page - would be 3 pages in total, double sided and counting to 6 pages?

I have now guaranteed payment.  In response to Purple Hearts, the brochure needs to be in PDF format to enable me to attach it to emails.  The pages are not, therefore, double sided but, instead, should scroll from top to bottom in full pages so that the user can scroll up and down all pages on their computer.
