Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a flat share rental website called 'Ive got a room'. The website is for people looking a room mate or people who have a spare room available in their apartments and want to rent it out. The website will probably cater to students and young professionals mostly therefore the logo should be non serious and modern. A picture / word logo is fine, but i would really like the title of the site to take center stage.
