Logo Design Brief

I work as an arborist, which means i fell trees, i also do some mechanical work and welding. I just started my own company and i am in need of a logotype.
My last name translates to 'crest' in english, so i would like a crest in the logo. As seen in the example i've uploaded i would like something that symbolize both my work with trees and metal, like the axe and wrench.
I like oak-trees and there is many oaks where i live and work. I think i would like it in black/white, anyways thats how i picture it in my head.. I really like the example i uploaded but i cant get it digital myself, and perhaps some of you have some additional ideas? In the example the tree in the crest is a specific local tree from my town and i do not want it in the logo anymore.
