Any chance you can export the inDesign file to an IDML?
It was created with the newest version of InDesign and those of use with an older version can't open it.

or choose the "InDesign CS4 (IDML)" from the "save as" options.

In there is a file called "Example swatches" - this is a guide for the new colours that are listed. We just need the hair swatches made into a display, with the light increased on them all.
