Logo Design Brief
I have been designing my blog graphics myself for the past year and a half but I'm not very good at it and need the site to look a bit more professional. I'd like a logo for the header of the blog; one that's versatile and can be used elsewhere/adapted for Twitter, Facebook, other Wordpress themes, etc.
The current logo is uploaded below, and the site is www.HeartSleevesblog.com . I'd like to modernize it a bit by making the font a little more modern. Here's a link to a blog logo I really like: http://spadesandsilk.com/.

Nice to have
- I'm toying with the idea of adding the text "Sustainable Fashion" as well, so I'd like to see some options with that.
I'd also like to see a heart incorporated, but only if it's not too corny/obvious with the name. I can't decide if I want a heart or not, so again, options are great.
I'm open to new color palettes, but don't want it to be too girly.
I'm undecided on the font. I don't want it to be as curly and old-fashioned as my current one, but I don't want it to look corporate either. Here are some fonts I'm interested in, feel free to play around: http://www.google.com/fonts/specimen/Josefin+Slab (in italics)
http://www.google.com/fonts/specimen/Bad+Script
http://www.google.com/fonts/specimen/Marck+Script
And an italic version of the "vogue" serif logo (to be fashionable)
Should not have
- No leaves or green, no pink or overly girly graphics.
