For the cover, I haven't locked my thoughts into any particular style - it's more overall appeal for my target market and their parents that I'm looking for. So, please feel free to use whatever style you think would work.

Do you know what size the final book might be? Or should I just create the first round at Format A according to this website?

Thanks for your question. When people print the book, they will do so on 8.5 x 11 paper, but it will primarily be an ebook to view on screen.

Thanks for this question too! Sorry about the delayed response - I've been away from e-mail today.

I don't have any particular set of colours in mind - I am open to pretty much anything. Canada's colour is red so it might be nice to include that somewhere - whether it be in the "Canadian Student Edition" text or by adding a maple leaf or something like that. If the whole thing is red though that would probably be too much.
