Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo for my Groundworks and Construction company called TGS based in the UK. It is a Landscaping, Groundworks and Construction Company. I would like an icon to go next to the initials TGS with the words "Total Groundwork Solutions" underneath. I would like it in greens and blues like the ones attached. I would like a road incorporated it in to it somewhere. I have attached an image of a logo I really like. I also like the font of the attached logo.I would like it to be simple, smart and memorable.
