Advertisement Design Brief

I need a 1/6th page advertisement for my mental health practice named 'Indigo Mental Health' I primarily serve the LGBTQ community, providing individual and couples/family therapy. The ad should include a 'call to action' such as Call me I can help, or Schedule an appointment today. The final design should convey familiarity with the needs of the queer community and my unique ability to help the reader with emotional concerns or relationship issues.

I would like to see designs using my logo (attached 2015-Logo.eps) and the colors of my website http://www.indigomentalhealth.com particularly the banner imagery (attached indigo banner.jpg and indigoMH2015.ase, bannersource.jpg)
