Logo Design Brief

We are a farm in Canada who just started their business and need a logo. We will be growing organic vegetables and delivering them to our customers. In the future we will be providing other organic products such as fruits, grains, etc.
Even though we are selling vegetables, our main focus is the philosophy on which our operation stands. We are strong believers of causing no harm to any living being as well as to the land. We will be also registering an cow sanctuary in the near future where we will protect cows and bulls and provide cruelty free dairy products. The animals on our farm will never be sent to slaughter. On top of that we will be showing an alternative way for farming, as we will be utilizing the bull to work the land instead of machines and in this way show the importance of the bull and cultivate the land in a more gentle and respectful way than modern day equipment.
As for the logo, we would like to use a similar theme as used on our website (www.govardhanafarms.ca), same colors should be used (#508d24), if any (it can also be B&W) and same font should be used: UglyQua.
We would like that the logo show a couple of bulls working the land similar to the attached picture. As Govardhana is a sacred hill in India, we would like that the image to have a hill in the background and make it looks like the bulls and man just finished coming down a hill while cultivating the land, the bulls should be at the bottom of the hill and the man should follow behind. The man and the bulls should be made to look like they are working, walking strongly and not just posing for a picture. The man should look muscular in his upper part of his body, slim waist and strong medium sized legs (but please don't over do it,,,possibly have him look/built like a very fit army or marine soldier or a strong Amish worker). He should look like he is wearing an overalls and have a farmers straw hat on.The look of the man should be North American, husky almost Amish looking. We would like the image of the man and 2 bulls to be a silhouette. The logo should look very simple, shouldn't look busy - with too much going on. As said: man with 2 bulls working, outlining of a hill and possibly an outlining of a sun in the background. Other than the man and the 2 bulls working everything else should be simple outlines.
We are not sure if we would like a round or square logo. However, if the logo is round, please place the name of the farm: Govardhana Farms around the image, Govardhana at the top, and Farms at the bottom, both words should start from the left side.
If it is square please place the words at the bottom part of the image.
We will be using our logo on our website, facebook page, email updates, flyers, posters and any other printed material so the image of the man and bulls should be of good size and recognizable.
