Logo Design Brief

Hello,

I have an outdated logo that I would like to have refreshed for my house brand Apex.This brand will be present on the following product types:
Bike Racks: http://www.discountramps.com/bike-racks-carriers/c/6150/
Cargo Carriers: http://www.discountramps.com/cargo-carriers/c/5110/
Roof Racks & Baskets: http://www.discountramps.com/car-top-storage-racks/c/5200/

The logo needs to include "by discountramps.com" but that should be just a really small sub line. I have attached a copy of the current logo we are currently using for Apex.
