Web Design Brief

We need a responsive web design for UCLA's Office of Information Technology, see https://oit.ucla.edu/ that will look good on all three platforms, PC Web browser, tablet & phone. Please use http://www.ucla.edu as and indication of design genre. A full design will show off all three versions of what the wide screen, tablet and phone will look like, using good responsive design concepts. Minimal text embedded in images for good accessibility. An acceptable design must meet WCAG 2.0 standards for color contrast and beyond. Please note, that much more work could come to good designers, if this works out!
