Logo and Business Card Design Brief

We need a logo and business design for a startup organic juice bar and cafe in Pasadena, Calif. We support our local farmers and use local, organic, non-GMO produce.
Our juice bar promotes healthy living through natural juice and food choices.
We promote educating our customers about natural cures through juicing
(as opposed to pharmaceuticals). We are a community based juice bar holding lectures and seminars. THE 360 IS A REFERENCE TO COMING FULL CIRCLE. A MODIFICATION TO SHOW A LINE OR CIRCLE AROUND THE LOGO -coming full circle would portry the result I am looking for
