Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our Veterinary Clinic in central London. The clinic is named Brompton Veterinary Clinic and located in Chelsea, a very high end and fashionable area of London.
We really only see cats and dogs.
The clinic is painted in an Oxford/Royal blue which could feature but we would like a logo that can easily be printed in black and white logo as well.
We would like the words Brompton Veterinary Clinic to appear somewhere in the logo (perhaps as a block rather than a long line) with a dog and cat silhouette either interacting with the letters or to the side.
We also had an idea of incorporating a line drawing sketch of the front of the clinic which has an attractive 19th century shop front window (see enclosed file) but we could not make this work and this may not really be suitable .
