Logo Design Brief

In-city Rental apartment complex (39 units), in Bridgeport, CT that offers a great green space, including gardening/planting raised beds for some of the units. Is a gated and secure building; within walking distance from down-town and mass transportation; with efficient electrical on-demand water heaters and heating and cooling systems; high end design ample units (high end tiles; solid wood doors; modern european style kitchens with stone countertops). On-site parking. Bicycle racks. With very easy access from and to major highways and roads. It is located in a not-so-great area of town, but we want to convey a sense of a safe, green and convenient "oasis" (without using that word).
