how many pages do you require?

I am interested to do this project...i will submit designs very soon...Can you tell me only design is enough or coding require?

The existing web site is a template with six pages. You will see that there is a side menu bar, a top image and body text for each page. I do not need anything more complex than this. Simplicity is good for me. I do want to keep a viewer who has come to the site from my Google Ad.
