Wordpress Design Brief

We need a wordpress design for a new independent children's book publishers based in Oxford in the UK. The design should be fun and colourful. I have supplied an example template of some of the text/images but open to other ideas.
The design should communicate that Big Sunshine Books are producers of fun and interactive children's illustrated books.
