Logo Design Brief

Design a logo for my startup. We will be selling UV Glues, resins and polishes specifically developed for fly fishing.
The logo must be very clean, white background and blue letters / logo. Simple (less is more), but clearly linked to water and UV (UV stands for Ultra Violet, a type of light).

Requirements

Must have

• The main logo is Serio River.
• The "UV resins for fly fishing" phrase should be easy to modify & adapt (for example for change of products).

Nice to have

• I am thinking more a lower case stile, building on the fact that "serio river" have no letters that stick out (like a T or a P for instance)

Should not have

• Anything that looks like a US College logo or a hokey team.
• It should look simple and modern, without "mascotte" type of look.
