Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a real estate brokerage & investments company focused on land. It is important that the design is not too "busy" or cluttered. We would like to have a modern/sleek font for the lettering. The company is based in Arizona and is focused on land, so the logo could incorporate a desert theme... however, it need not have any images and the goal is for it to look clean.

I would prefer a white/neutral background (e.g. vector art), but the colors in the logo may either be all black or also incorporate some natural "desert" colors.

Beneath "Emmerson Enterprises, Inc.", I would like to see a few options that show "Land Investment & Brokerage" and others with just the name of the business.
