Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our above company. We are in the business of ship management and that should be reflected in the design. We would like a design based on a rippling flag. Our preferred colors are dark blue, dark red and white. Flag designs are commonly used in shipping, thus there is no real need for any symbols but we will look at anything that emphasizes safety and asset protection.
