Graphic Design Brief

Looking to have a logo that ties in the graphic of a commercial building in the background, with the buildings appearing to be hand drawn straight line edges, and a solid looking black lab bread dog positioned in front of the building and the angle appearing as if the photographer is close to the ground level looking up at the dog with the buildings in the background. I'm partial to Labrador retrievers and want to have the dog be a black lab large body size, but the dogs color needs to be in a medium dark gray (like steel) color.

Requirements

Must have

• A gray colored, muscular (but not overdone or exaggerated) male black lab dog in a steel gray tone, possible sitting or standing depending on what looks best, with a couple of multiple story commercial buildings in the background with thick black lines making up the buildings, with windows without excessive building details

Nice to have

• Clean, and not to busy, with "GrayDog Properties, LLC" in a complementing font to the buildings thicker hand drawn line type of font.
