Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a logo to create a brand for "Total Real Estate Solutions". This is a property management company that is growing and its now time to have an official logo. The logo would go on yard signs that advertise properties for rent or for sale. Our main business is leasing activity for landlords and apartment complexes. The logo would also be used in Microsoft processing systems for drafting letters and spreadsheets to incorporate a standard logo in the template. We would like to see designs that use the color green. I also like the idea of incorporating keys as the main symbol, but am open to something else. The name is a bit long, so we could just use Total Real Estate as well. I'm envisioning two layers of the words in a creative format.
