Flyer Design Brief

I need a flyer design for our company based on the Sunshine Coast Australia.
Size = A5

We are TV antenna and communication specialists and now have the opportunity to offer PC repair work onsite or in the workshop with over 10 years experience looking after sunshine coast locals

the most important thing for us is that it is eye catching and not too cluttered

We cater for both home and business
NO FIX NO FEE

the services we provide are
tutoring
virus and spyware removal
pc clean up (annual service)
we sell new and second hand computers
hardware and software at very competitive pricing

somehow try to advertise some of the other services we offer.. we can be found on our webpage listed above, however the flyer is all about the computer work.

I have been told that a flyer needs a call to action so I believe 50% off labour on redemption of flyer works.

I am very flexible to the design stuff so go wild.
as a small side note the following design is nice maybe because its clutter free I don't know
