Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my Christian Counseling website. I provide local christian counseling in Austin TX. I have a design that I am currently using that I am attaching to this post. The name of my business is Christian Counseling Austin. Currently I have the words Christian Counseling in a Times New Roman font with the word Austin in like an arial font. I have incorporated a gold star which I would like to retain in the logo. I am actually looking for someone to create a logo for my webpage and a background image that I could use on my social media accounts, Facebook, Google+, and Twitter. I also need a icon in the same theme that I can use for my social media accounts as well.
I want the logo to say Christian Counseling Austin. I might want "Trusted by Pastors" maybe in cursive written under it. Im not certain that I do want to include that tag line.

Must have

• It might be nice for the logo background to be transparent so that if i ever change color schemes I would not have to redo the logo background.
• I would like you to incorporate the gold star that is currently seen on the attached file.

Nice to have

• One idea on how to do the logo.
• Line 1: Christian Counseling(times new roman)
• Line 2: AUSTIN (modern font)
• Line 3: Trusted by pastors (cursive tag line). (If you are creative at coming up with a tag line that would instill trust in the potential client Id love to see your ideas.)
• Id also like to see your ideas on the design. Im not married to my above idea.
