Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new little company in Switzerland. Recently the company is importing small agriculture vehicles and machines from china. Mainly it's a rental business. The company rents these machines for days, weeks or even months!
But it's one of the main targets to reach other businesses around this kind of machines and vehicles. It could even be an own innovation, made by the company it selves? That's why the logo should include all future activities of this young company, what could be "rising small cactus for Inuit people"!?
It might be good to place it in a frame for an easy branding possibility of machines and vehicles. Don't use too sweet colors. It's about a tough business for tough working men.
It might be completed by e little generic logo-icon for Innovation. But please not to simple like gear-wheel or a rising arrow!
At the end the logo must express future innovation in any kind of industrial business?
