Invitation Design Brief

Entrepreneur Works (EW) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) microenterprise development organization focused on growing businesses and jobs in our local communities. By connecting hundreds of entrepreneurs each year with access to capital, one-on-one technical assistance, business training and networking opportunities, Entrepreneur Works helps promising individuals to develop economic self-sufficiency and create job opportunities through business ownership.

The theme for our 11th annual Taste of Success cook-off fundraiser, “Tastes from Around the World: Savor the Flavors,” reflects our commitment to fostering and celebrating the diverse network of entrepreneurs, business owners, and supporters that make EW’s work possible.

Taste of Success is a chance for Entrepreneur Works to showcase the culinary talents of our entrepreneurs and business owners, while also hosting a fun-filled night with celebrity guest judges, delicious hors d'oeuvres and desserts, a silent auction, and an exciting cook-off contest.

We would like a double-sided, two-color folded invitation (fold size: 5" x 7"); a double-sided, two-color reply card (5” x 4”); a mailing envelope (A7 envelope, grayscale) and a reply envelope (A2 envelope, grayscale). The final design should appeal to a broad range of potential attendees and be inviting and warm. While we send out a different invitation for each Taste of Success fundraiser, we were very pleased with last year’s invitation (attached, “Taste of Success Invitation_2011”) and would like an invitation design that is similar (for color scheme please refer to the web link in the above paragraph). A scanned copy of the reply card is also attached ("Taste of Success Reply Cards 2011"). Finally a copy of the outer envelope is attached ("Taste of Success Outer Envelope_2011").
