Banner Ad Design Brief

I need a web banner to promote an offer we are running between now and the 22nd March 2013.

I am uploading an example (non-animated, filename 'Pre-Order Easter Tix Banner') web banner, created for our website. I need an animated version of this, with some variation to the text and design, but overall to look similar please.

The image elements that MUST follow the example banner artwork are:
1.Include the Woburn Safari Park (WSP) logo on a white background.
2. Include background blue sky image (uploaded)
3. Include images of 'Wooden jungle creeper' for the borders (uploaded in photoshop format)
4. Font is KIPP for title and should be ALL CAPS, secondary text font can be BLISS BOLD (optional) and should also be ALL CAPS.

Banner spec:
728 x 90 pixels
File size max 40KB
Animation under 30 secs
Non-expandable

I'd like this banner to be animated, showing two different headlines.

Headline 1 text: "Wild Savings for Easter Weekend"

Headline 2 text: "Pre-order Tickets Online Before 22nd March and Pay Only £14.99"


Deadline for final artwork is 4pm Wednesday 13th March. Please don't enter if you are unable to meet this deadline.
