I have come across this same design contest on oDesk:

I have already submitted draft designs there, and am wondering two things:

1) Is it okay if I re-submit the work I've already done on oDesk here as well?
2) Which platform do you intend on paying for the final design for? I ask because while DesignCrowd is a contest platform where designers submit designs *before* getting paid, competing for the prize, oDesk is a freelance job platform where designers are picked based on their application and then paid to create designs.
