Logo Design Brief

. I need a logo for a company called MEFCO. it is a "Mediterranean Food Company". The style of Logo i want something simple and clean and Mediterranean themed. the first link is a list of logos that i really like. I want you guys to be really really creative you can do whatever you want but i just want it to be single color and has to be SIMPLE and CLEAN. If you want you can add a simple graphic like a middle eastern window (3 links below)
