SWLH is a GP Federation made up of 20 member GP practices, who will provide primary care services to over 160,000 patients across South West Lambeth (London, UK).
South West Lambeth has an extremely diverse and transient patient population. Our patients face a wide variety of health and social issues.
SWLH aims to offer innovative, patient-centred healthcare services, and will integrate with other healthcare providers to do so.
SWLH is a limited company and a private provider, however will mainly deliver services through NHS and local authority contracts.
