Wordpress Design Brief

We are looking to re-design our company website completely.
This will be for a real estate company which focuses on multiple lines of business/customers, including

1) Buyers - Investors, Owner Occupants
2) Sellers - Short Sales, Limited Services/Flat Fee, and Corporate/REO clients (the last being our core current customer)
3) Other Services: Default Services, Institutional Property Management, Field and Inspection Services
4) Agent FAQ's, instructions, etc to tie into our web-based offer management systems

Website must be able to be edited/added onto over time. We are also looking at redirects so that certain pages/sections can be given unique domain names to drive core customers to.

We work both with normal agents and buyers and large scale financial institutions, therefore our focus must be specific to each unique group based on the applicable page(s).

Must have

• *Property Search/Display - By various criteria AND by map
  *Property Management back end for putting in new properties
  *MObile Version or Mobile Friendly
  *Analytics
  *Contact Management and Lead Capture functions, including ability to export or use from site for email marketing campaigns. Lead capture must be able to sort by various criteria to tailor campaigns, ability to send out auto notices to staff and those signing up, etc.
  * Signup option w/ functions for viewing not yet on market properties (subscription). This needs to be able to let buyers set search criteria and be auto notified whenever a property was listed or adjusted that met their criteria.
  * SEO Optimization
  * Syndication options to allow ease of syndication
  * FAQ's and assistance pages to agents working with us
  * Blog, social media boxes
  * Ability for buyers to submit initial offers direct
  * Functions and pages specific to below, with ability to cross promote and track (inquiry forms, etc to the below)
  *Dedicated or preferred lender(s)
  * Preferred vendors, etc
