Web Design Brief

We have a single page web app with front end built on AngularJS and Bootstrap. There is a navbar on top and about 10 different views (user profile view, user profile edit, update-able list of items, help section, ...). At this point the app has functionality but no graphics or thought-out layout.

Need a designer to take the existing HTML, CSS (or even JS) files and modify and expand them to make the app look good. Find the existing HTML and JS files for the client attached. You'll need to download angular, bootstrap and ng-map libraries separately.

The templates provided are text-only but the result should contain a few icons for better visual experience. Some suggested areas for images include device types (email, cell phone, pager, landline phone, ...), status indicators (true/false, on/off, enabled/disabled, ...), navigation (expand/collapse, previous page/next page, ...), file download, CRUD management (add, edit, delete), help popups, etc

The resulting design and code should be mobile-friendly and handicap-accessible (Section 508 compliant).

Font desired: Univers family but not required, otherwise Arial
Only use color from the list provided in the attached file. Colors should not indicate a specific meaning and the whole design should be primarily blue (RGB R0 G103 B198) and white themed.

Allow for banner somewhere on top of page - about 530 x 100 pixels. Allow for a footer with an image on the left and 2-3 sentences of text (copyright, disclaimer, etc).

Must have

• Use blue (RGB R0 G103 B198) and white theme. Must be mobile friendly and handicap-enabled.
• Icons: Use the three stroke weights; light, medium, bold.
• Icons can be designed as outlines or solid silhouettes in two-dimensional form. Icons must be recognizable to a majority of the intended audience. Avoid fine lines and overly complex imagery.
