Logo Design Brief

Uptick is a new kind of financial trading platform for the private wealth market.

High networth individuals don't use discount brokers that much (or they don't leave much money with discount brokers) because of the risk of the broker going belly up.

Meanwhile, trading with the private banks where they keep their money is very expensive. But they still do so because they want to keep their money safe.

Uptick is the best of both worlds: we provide trade execution service at discount broker prices, while customer's money stay in the bank. We are a clean, quick, efficient and confidential execution platform that has no conflict of interests with customers as we don't hold their money.

We have a beta site at http://x.mesitis.co, visit here for more information. Product name Uptick is not used yet on this site, but it will be used, together with the logo you create, on the official product site uptick.sg.

We are seeking a logo design for the brand. The logo should convey agility and opportunity, while maintaining a clean and secure image.

We also have a design contest going on for "Canopy", a sister service of Uptick. If interested, please also submit design proposals for Conopy - similar or separate design themes are both welcome.
