How is it that a designer was able to contact you directly. More importantly, how could DesignBay administrators allow this? Is this a standard practice I''m unaware of?

Furthermore, this direct contact with designers will discourage others like myself from spending time if we suspect something underhanded going on. In effect, you''ll be limiting, if not eliminating, submissions which defeats the purpose of you posting your brief here. If in fact, you are planning on using a designer in particular, give the rest of us the courtesy of saying so, so that we can move onto other worthy projects.

We have notified the customer that they should be using private feedback process to give individual feedback to designers!  Discussion board and updates to brief are for everyone!  Simple misunderstanding.

Hello to everybody from the customer in Sydney Australia,

This is our first time using this website. We attempted to give all initial designers received in the first two days some feedback but the private feedback was not initially working. It was ourselves who made the contact and not the other way ok.
That is the sole and only reason for using direct contact  so I hope that stops the negative thinking and spins all designers into positive action and produce designs in preference to comments.

We are polarized in our views and apprecaite the designs that strike a chold and are trying to provide feedback for those who are going down the wrong path.

By profession I am a CPA with a very broad client business base who require such services.
This is our first attempt with one of my own entities so we would encourage everyone to stick to their roles and aim to win this competition.

In future we shall be patient and use the private feedback when it is functional.
