Graphic Design Brief

genesisassessments.com is launching a new HR Applicant Tracking Platform to streamline a company's applicant flow and reduce spend. We would like a graphic design be created for "ConnectHR" so that the design may be used on our website and marketing pdf and in print (in brochures and so forth). The appropriate file formats .png, .ai, etc should be made available by the winning designer for our exclusive use to expand and modify as we deem necessary. The graphic design should feature a similar color green as used on neopostusa.com, as well as, coordinating with colors as used on genesisassessments.com.

Our product is targeted towards companies who do not already have an Applicant Tracking System, even though it is possible existing users may want to switch to our system. ConnectHR allows a company to accept all of its employment applications online with several perks. _We want to highlight the advantages of leveraging Social Media in recruiting_ since ConnectHR makes it easy to advertise jobs as such. Additionally, we believe that a company will significantly reduce spend on job advertisements after adopting our platform for their application process.

We have attached a crude sketch using the outline of our company's trademark "bulb" logo as a basis of the graphical flow chart. The process outlines all the automation of our system before a hiring manager ever interviews an applicant, saving countless labor hours. We would like to preserve the bulb's shape and angle of tilt as can be seen on our website. We believe this platform represents the future of Human resources automation and are excited to start our branding of the product here.
