Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design similar to what we already have, or better.
We would like our logo to have all the colours it already has, minus the shadowing, maybe a simpler version.
We would also like a version just pure black version of the logo for our teeshirts.
My sign writer has informed me that he needs a copy of the colour logo in .ai file or .eps file.
