Logo Design Brief
I need a logo design for a new company in Sydney Australia called "Joey Products"
The company provides cost effective and space saving storage products for children's puzzles, puzzle pieces, other toys etc.
The product will be marketed to middle class mothers between the ages of 30-50 yo. who have higher than average disposable income.
The name "Joey Products" was derived from the fact that the products are designed to serve toddlers, infants and their parents. It is also geared around attracting an offshore consumer market.
I would like to see the logo comprise of 2-3 bright and complementary colours that are gender neutral, be simplistic with clean lines rather than busy with great intricate detail. It would be great to incorporate a baby kangaroo, ie a joey into the design.

Hi Designers, although I'm after a young and fresh design it should not look too juvenile, ie a cartoon character joey wearing a party hat for example! . It should be appropriate if some of the products developed under this business name in the future are geared more towards mothers rather than just the children.

I have been seeing a lot of submissions with baby kangaroos, but if I am honest most are not attractive or appealing to a younger demographic or parents with kids. I do like the following clipart image and thought I would include it as inspiration as I like the look and feel of it. Kind of Disney feel. Obviously I don't want you to use this actual design, but something original with this type of look and feel.
Please if someone can nail this I will be thrilled.

A cute, friendly looking baby kangaroo where the tail and pouch are clearly visible (especially so the audience don't mistake it for a rabbit).
