When i tried to extract the logo from the provided pdf. i found all the stationary products which your asking in it.
I guess many of the designers would use same kind of layout or the same thing in this project.

Has the deadline been extended because the brief is now to create a new logo with new colours and then to be applied to stationery? And all still for a potential fee £234!

No just different colours, the logo design must not be changed, thanks
