I require a flyer to create interest in saving money with mortgages. We show people that they can save money on their mortgages by paying the mortgage of sooner. Therefore they no longer need to work for the bank, and that they can live their life debt free.
The call to action is that they pick up the phone and call me or make an inquiry online via our website.
We are a insurance and mortgage brokerage and the business name is called SMART. Website: www.smartbrokers.co.nz (currently)

The type of clients we are trying to engage with are home owners with existing mortgages.
Aged between 35-40, Professionals, Income bracket of $80k plus for the household, in a relationship, no more than two kids, live in our local area (West Auckland, New Zealand) they are driven to be successful and have a comfortable family life and be able to afford luxuries.(responsible)
We would like to see what options someone can come up other than the ususal. Needs to fit with our business name SMART + Tag line. As in we do things SMARTER.
The flyer needs to show that we can help make a difference.
We will provide a free comparative market report on their house for an appointment and also if we cant save the prospect any money our guarantee is that we will give them a $20 voucher. (conditions will apply).
Ideally looking to have the flyer on a DLE size although we are open to options.
more than happy to discuss further if required to. I have attached my logo and my current image for home loans used on the website although i would like to see if there are any better options available than my current image.
