I need an illustration design for an annual spring event for the Urban Land Institute in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (pittsburgh.uli.org) . This event welcomes architects, developers and urban planners to come hear about trends both nationally and locally related to the residential and commercial real estate markets. Colorful with a modern feel - appealing to a predominately masculine group of mid to high level executive. The event logo would be used on a flier and in web-based marketing - needed in JPG format.
