My account was closed. Can I register a new one?

If your account has been closed due to a copyright issues, stock usage, unprofessional conduct or consistently disregarding project briefs, you will not be allowed to create a new one. If you create a new account, our system or an agent will have it automatically closed since it will detect its relation to the deactivated account.

However, we do understand designers can improve their skills and want to keep an open door to those who have worked hard to hone them and improve their craft. If you are confident your design skills have significantly improved and want to undergo a verification process again (this may involve a specialized design test), you can send our Support Team an email. Please note that you must first meet the following criteria:

1- Your account must have been closed for at least than 6 months.
2- Your account must not have been closed due copyright issues, stock usage, unprofessional conduct or consistently disregarding project briefs.
