Book illustration - introduction to Science and mythology

This is what a business in Greece was looking for in their graphic design

I need a set of 8 illustrations for a kids story book. This is a privately inspired story that I primarily made up for my own children. It is inspired from Greek mythology and pictures of characters such as Zeus, Atlas and Chronus can be found easily in the internet.

The idea is to tell kids an exciting story about Atlas strugle to keep the sky on his shoulders while teaching them notions such as science and scientific search, the time, planets, the sky.

I am expecting artists/designers to submit one of the illustrations described below as a work sample so I could choose a designer to work with. As this is privaty funded I do not expect to spend a fortune on it. It will be a 8 or 9 illustrations at the end.
