Culture consulting company business card - first step

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their graphic design

I created a new venture called The Culture Advantage. It's focused on improving the organizational culture of companies and I have a logo, tag line and other basic info but I need an overall design theme I'll carry through to letterhead, marketing literature, direct mail post cards, whitepapers, video intros and my web site.
